✖ Character Appearance: Normal | Geass eyes (and how the contacts change the look)
✖ Character Age: 18
✖ Pick A Number: Pick any two numbers from 1-999; your first choice and your alternate.
✖ Canon Setting: The setting may be as long or as short as you want to make it, so long as it gives a clear idea of what kind of world your character comes from and how it affects them.
✖ Character History:"The world cannot be changed by pretty words alone."
✖ Character Personality: This section should give us a solid view of who your character is and what they're like. As with the setting, this section may be as long or as short as you want to make it.
✖ Character Powers & Skills: List your character's powers and skill sets in this section and please make the distinction clear (ie. which are powers and which are skill sets). The CDC will have the powers listed here on file so this section MUST be as complete as possible. Your character WILL NOT be allowed to have a power that isn't listed here.
Geass (power)
Granted to him by the witch, C.C., every Geass is different. His in particular is referred to as "The Power of Absolute Obedience", which allows him to implant a command into an individual's mind. This could be considered extreme hypnosis as Lelouch can even order someone to kill themselves or kill others. There are many restrictions on his Geass such as the fact that he must have eye contact with his target, his order has to issued verbally, the range is 272 meters, he can only order someone once although he can issue several commands so long as he doesn't break eye contact. Lelouch can use reflective surfaces such as mirrors to use his Geass and use it on massive amounts of people all at once. It's not yet known just how long these commands stay in effect but Suzaku is still under its influence after an entire year. If the Geass command is negated, he can use it again on the same individual. He can't use it on those who carry the Geass code such as C.C. or others shown in the show.
The individual cannot act outside of their physical or mental capabilities. If they don't have information, they can't possibly give it to him but they will point him to someone who does if they have that knowledge. If he commands them to perform a physical stunt they absolutely can't, they will make their best attempt. If the order completely goes against their morals and beliefs, they may attempt to fight it to some degree. They will forget everything from the moment the Geass is activated and when they perform the command. This means they won't remember seeing the Geass, getting the order or executing it, even if the execution doesn't happen right away.
Note: I will put up a permissions post for his Geass use since it is very god-modey.

CHARACTER SAMPLES.
✖ First Person POV: Link us to a voicetest post or thread! Make sure that you're linking threads that abide by our AC requirements. If you're worried your threads are too short, then you'll likely get asked to do a video log revision - so linking more threads is always the safer bet.
✖ Third Person POV: Write us, in prose or brackets, how your character is recruited by the CDC. If your application is accepted, this section of your app will become part of your character's game canon.
CHARACTER ITEMS.
✖ Pick a Team:
BLUE: Honestly, it would be a perfectly good waste if Lelouch was not assigned to the blue team. If the CDC wants tacticians then they came to the right place. While he may have started out simply playing (and winning) chess games, he's been immersed in actual warfare many times. He's capable of seeing the whole battlefield - including several moves in advance. Lelouch also has the brain power to change things in the middle if necessary and despite his young appearance, has the capability of leading others by his sheer presence. Even without being told to, he will find out the strengths and weaknesses of his allies and move them according. Really, this is seriously the only team he ever needs to be considered for due to his own strengths and weaknesses.
RED: The only other team he would be remotely suited for is the red team. While he lacks the physical capabilities of some of the more athletic individuals, Lelouch is capable of infiltrating enemy territory if necessary. If he were to actually get into a physical conflict with the enemy, it's more likely he'd end up on the losing end... except that he has his Geass. He may avoid face-to-face conflicts most of the time, but he isn't entirely defenseless and will use his Geass to control his enemies (or allies). Lelouch is not afraid to use/abuse/manipulate his own comrades to achieve his goals. He also won't hesitate to eliminate his pawns if they become a problem or if it's necessary for the sake of the mission.
✖ Reason for Joining the CDC:
Considering he just saved the world from his father's reign and ideals by killing him and then sacrificing his own life to put an end to a very long war, it's in his best interests to join the CDC. Not to mention that Earth does hold a lot of people that he wants to protect, it's a good way to get him on the crew. Before signing on with them, Lelouch will want every little detail he can squeeze out of them and wouldn't really hesitate at the news of destroying other worlds and their people. If that's what it takes to keep his world safe, he'll do it. Not to mention that Lelouch really doesn't have anything left for him back on Earth considering he's dead.
