Abilities:
Wings/Feathers: Suigintou's actual weapon are her wings or actually the feathers of her wings. She can use them like darts or even form a shield or sword with them. They can even become two dragon heads that are used for attack. Not to mention that she is the only Rozen Maiden who can fly since she's the only one with wings.
Fire: As a last resort she can also conjure blue flames that are incredibly destructive.
N-Field: All Maidens can create an N-Field which is basically an artificial world created by the Maiden. Her world is dark, depressing and falling apart (much like she is thanks to the wings coming out of her back). These worlds can be accessed from any reflective surface from mirrors to glass to even puddles of liquid.
Doll: I think it's important to touch on the doll aspect of her a little bit. She was given life by a man named Rozen who was trying to perfect a girl named Alice and Suigintou is the first of her sisters. Hence why the wings actually break through her back rather than there being some other way to attach them to her. Despite being made out of resin (Rozen is probably a play on the word) which is a porcelain-like plastic, she's actually extremely mobile. Suigintou can move her fingers or toes like a human when she is wound and the ball-joints mimic human joints fairly well, and she's also pretty durable for something that comes up to most people's knees. Even her mouth can move so that she can smile or talk and closing her eyes is something she can do too. Suigintou can also eat and drink like a normal doll couldn't. However, if she loses the energy that both sleeping in her case and the rings that form contracts with humans provides then Suigintou is basically just a doll. She'll sleep until she is wound again.
