IC Information:
Name: Uchiha Itachi
Fandom: Naruto
Timeline: Chapter 590: After his second death
Age: 21
Appearance:

Itachi has long black hair that comes down to his shoulder blades at the longest and has bangs that frame his face. Most of this hair is pulled back into a ponytail at the nape of his neck. Usually he has onyx colored eyes and a bit of hollowed-out face with the prominent tear-trough lines under his eyes. Since using the Izanami, Itachi's left eye has gone completely blind leaving it pale in color. However his remaining useful eye has the ability to turn red with black designs when activates the Sharigan or the Mangekyo Sharigan. Most of his clothes are black in color, including the long black hooded jacket he was last wearing. He has a necklace with three beads and while normally he has a forehead protector with the symbol of a leaf that's been slashed horizontally he's currently without it.

Abilities:

Like all shinobi Itachi has been trained from early on hand-to-hand combat along with all the uses of shinobi's tools such as kunai and shuriken. His natural speed, strength and reflexes are also that above an average person. They've also been learning to use their chakra in different ways and Itachi was always at the head of his class. It's even said that he was talented as a student and hardly ever needed teacher intervention. He can use this from simple things like walking up trees, walls or even across water to attacks or specialties. At the age of seven he graduated from the Academy, mastered the Uchiha Sharigan at eight, became a Chunnin at ten and enrolled in ANBU six months later only to become a captain at the age of thirteen. However despite the fact that he had such strength and ability he had low stamina so his fights never last long.

Taijutsu

While Itachi doesn't use taijutsu much due to his low stamina it doesn't mean he doesn't know high level techniques. It doesn't take much for him to immobilize people with barely any movement. He has extremely good reflexes and speed, making it seem as if he hasn't moved at all. It's also fast enough that others with the Sharigan can't keep up. This made him excellent at performing hand seals and throwing weapons, which he also excelled at. This speed allowed him to perform the Shunshin no Jutsu which was moving at such an untraceable speed that few could keep up with it and it makes it appears as if he teleported from one spot to another. He was also very skilled with a sword.

Ninjutsu

Due to being part of the Uchiha Clan Itachi had an affinity for fire style jutsus. This included small fire balls, large ones and a steady stream of them. He could also infuse this skill with his weapons. Itachi could also use some water techniques that allowed him to attack even when there was no water nearby. However, Itachi was well-known for his use of summoned crows and using them was considered his signature move.
Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu
The chakra inside the body is converted into fire and released from the mouth. The more chakra gathered the bigger amount of fire there is.

Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu
Like before this is taking chakra inside the body, turning it into fire and releasing it. However this is a series of smaller bits of fire like a rapid stream. The flight patterns can be controlled by chakra and shurikens can be hidden inside the flames.

Katon: Hosenka Tsumabeni
This technique involves throwing shuriken and breathing fire onto them, not to be confused with the one above. These will continue to burn no matter where they land.

Suiton: Suigadan
A technique that creates a large amount of pressurized water that can be drilled into opponents.

Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu
Shaping water into large dragons.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu
A summoning technique. Itachi can summon a flock of crows.

Karasu Bunshin no Jutsu
Projecting chakra to crows and using them to form a clone. When struck the birds burst apart, unharmed, Itachi can still speak through it. The summoned crows can also hide as shuriken.

Bunshin Daibakuha
A clone Itachi uses that allows the opponent to get closer but detonates the moment the victim is close enough.

Sharigan

As part of the Uchiha clan he was capable of using the Sharigan which he had mastered by the age of eight. Due to this he was able to activate the Sharigan without much of a drain on his chakra. He also became skilled at genjutsu with both casting and rebounding it back. It got to the point where all he had to do was point to place someone under it. Itachi also could use the Uchiha clan's ultimate dojutsu.
Utakata
Simply by pointing his finger Itachi can activate this technique that gives them illusions.

Magen: Kyo Tenchi-ten
This reflected illusions back upon the one casting it and can do a lot of mental damage.

Izanagi
A genjutsu that allows the user to control his own state of existence. It removes the boundary between reality and illusionary. This means that if Itachi was using this technique and was dealt a death blow he would return to reality completely fine. However using this genjutsu renders the Sharigan blind.

Izanami
The counterpart to the Izanagi. Due to the abuse of the Izanagi that allowed users to escape the consequences of their actions the Izanami was created. To use this technique the user picks a moment, any moment and remember everything about it and all that follow. This creates a loop that traps the victim's consciousness within it, reliving the moment over and over. While it seems impossible to escape the reoccurring cycle or even alter it there is actually a way out. Seeing as how the Izanami was made to punish those who used the Izanagi they must face their actions and accept their fate. And like with the Izanagi the Sharigan that casts this genjutsu is rendered blind, much like Itachi. Not to mention that it was classified as a Forbidden Jutsu.

Mangekyo Sharingan

There was a way to take the Sharigan to another level. Though it meant killing the closest friend. While it was believed that he obtained this by murdering his best friend Itachi only aided his friend in his death. The Mangekyo gave him more sets of jutsu from illusions to guardian deities. Yet use of these techniques and the Mangekyo is a huge drain on the user's chakra and will eventually leave them blind. At the end of his first death Itachi's vision was reduced to a large blur.
Tsukuyomi
With his left eye Itachi can use one of the most powerful genjutsu in the world. Once eye contact is made with an opponent it will trap them in an illusionary world controlled by the user. Itachi is so efficient with this technique that he can use this to distort time and make seconds stretch into days, making the mental damage quite severe. Due to the fact that he is currently blind in his left eye Itachi cannot use this technique under normal circumstances. (Just putting this in here if there's ever a canon-point swap test.) If he should ever get his eyesight back in this eye then he'd only be able to perform this genjutsu three times in one day as it's not only a huge chakra drain but also affects his eyesight.

Amaterasu
With his right eye Itachi can use the highest level of fire style techniques. The black flames of hell that burn hotter than the sun and are controlled by the user's vision. If one is fast enough they can avoid these flames controlled by eyesight but it can smother other fire style techniques and is said to burn for seven days and nights no matter what. Not water or even when everything has been turned to ash can stop these flames. Yet Itachi seemed to be able to stifle the flames to some extent. The strain of this technique causes the eye to bleed.

Tensha Fuin: Amaterasu
This is where Itachi seals the Amaterasu inside of another person's Sharigan. It activates when that eye sees its target. He used this to put it into Sasuke's eye so that it would activate when he saw "Madara's" Sharigan.

Susano'o
Using this creates a large humanoid form from materialized chakra that envelopes the user and can be used to protect and attack. Each user has a different version of Susano'o and Itachi's is yellow in color and the most human-looking. In its left hand is the Yata Mirror which is a shield capable of nullifying any elemental attack. In the right hand is the Sword of Kusanagi that can seal anyone it pierces and trap them in a genjutsu-like world for all eternity. Combination of these two sacred treasures are said to have made Itachi's Susano'o invincible. It can also use the Yasaka Magatama which a chakra-shuriken weapon that can be used from long distance. The magatama that make up this attack can also detach and attack separately. Itachi can also form parts of Susano'o individually - a ribcage for protection or arms for attack.

Intelligence

Itachi's intelligence skills must be noted as he puts them to work for him in battle. Due to his low stamina and fading eyesight it's important to analyze and evaluate his opponents weaknesses and do it while under pressure. While he was always quick to figure things out even before he defected from the village Itachi always seems to be thinking several moves in advance. This allows him to win battles or lose them if he so chooses, like getting the desired outcome with his brother's fight. Even when he was dying, Itachi implanted Amaterasu inside Sasuke's eye in an attempt to kill "Madara" and planted a crow inside Naruto that was triggered to reacted to his own Mangekyo, knowing that Sasuke would take his eyes after his death. He was also fairly good in the art of deception. All of Konoha believed that he had massacred his family for years and so did his own brother. Lying became his life, so much so that he lied to his first death. While most of the Akatsuki couldn't see the truth it was not the same for Tobi, he knew of Itachi's plan and of course had helped him kill the clan.

Personality:

Itachi is a quiet person. While he doesn’t always feel the urge to say something when someone talks to him Itachi also just generally doesn’t have loud, showy actions. Everything he does has a purpose, from speaking to fighting. Raising his voice is a rarity as he prefers to go with a frightening calm. He’s learned to disable opponents without drawing too much attention to himself. As a youngster Itachi took his father’s words of praise but never showed off. In fact he often encouraged his father to take an equal interest in his little brother than his own abilities. Even went so far as to outright refuse an important mission to attend Sasuke’s ceremony when their father wouldn’t.

This is because he was a very humble person, believing that pride and power could lead to one’s own destruction. Itachi is very aware that there will always be someone out there who is stronger and never takes his own power for granted. Not to mention that his own illness and fading eyesight has certainly put that he’s not immortal into perspective. To Itachi finding new abilities and growing in rank within the village had never been something he truly desired but simply the urge to grow stronger in order to protect those he cared for. Particularly Sasuke as he swore to his infant brother that he would always protect him. After the massacre of his clan he became more powerful for other reasons, ones that wouldn’t become clear until after his death.

Since a young age after witnessing the horrors of the Third Shinobi World War he became a pacifist, though never voiced these thoughts to anyone and continued to grow stronger and learn more. His closest friend, Shisui, was the only one to know as the Uchiha clan was supposed to be fierce shinobi that made up Konoha Military Police Force. Together they shared the same views of peace which drew them together even more. So because of this Itachi does his best to avoid fights or incapacitate people rather than kill them. However this doesn’t mean that he won’t strike someone down if he really has to. This, of course, is due to the life he’s lead as both a shinobi, member of Konoha’s ANBU and Akatsuki. Death is not something foreign to him as it’s happened all around him all his life and he is not above holding threats above someone’s head to obtain what he truly wants. Though Itachi feels remorse for having to massacre his clan and especially his own parents he did it all to save his brother and his village.

So really Itachi has a deep loyalty to Konoha and Sasuke, despite what everyone thinks of him. At first he refused to turn his back on the Uchiha clan even though he didn’t want to see a war break out between the village and his clan. However when they became stubborn and arrogant, refusing to negotiate with the third Hokage - Itachi became impatient and short with the clan. After hearing Shisui’s words and having to kill him Itachi started rebelling against the clan. He was argumentative, dismissive and told the Council what they were planning. It was only Sasuke who stopped him from fighting in the street as he knew he couldn’t drag his brother into a fight. Sasuke was also the reason he murdered the clan, for his safety. He carried the burden and lies of his actions until his dying day. Yet he also showed loyalty to a village that he knew had been corrupt, protecting it from Madara’s wrath by striking a deal with him. Yet Itachi held no loyalty to Akatsuki, only hanging around to keep an eye on their movements and Madara.

Itachi’s also displayed so much patience. Between having a father pressuring him to rise in the ranks, a clan to make proud and a little brother trailing after him and admiring him, it was kind of important to have patience. He was always willing to spend time with his brother, though as he grew older and took on more responsibilities their time wasn’t nearly long enough for Sasuke. Itachi always apologized and said, next time. This patience showed when he was with the Akatsuki, going along with them as he waited for Sasuke to be strong enough so they could have their fight. He waited over seven years, even forcing himself to stay alive by taking medicines just so Sasuke could take his revenge and be a hero for taking down a mass-murderer. And in all that time, Itachi played his role perfectly. Sasuke never realized and only Madara knew any truth behind Itachi’s actions.

When he was younger, before the massacre, Itachi was quite the loving and playful sort - especially with his brother. He always tried to spend time with Sasuke, teaching him new things when they were together. Itachi even carried Sasuke back home when he hurt his ankle after one training session. They were very close, like brothers should be. Itachi has this habit of poking Sasuke’s forehead and teasing him gently. All-in-all, he’d been the perfect older sibling, never complaining when Sasuke always wanted to hang around him like some siblings would. Unfortunately this made Itachi’s betrayal even worse as he lied and claimed that he only played the role of big brother. However Itachi never stopped loving his brother. When he’d been resurrected and Sasuke knew the truth of everything Itachi finally got to say the words he hadn’t been able to the first time. Even if Sasuke never forgave him, no matter what Sasuke did, Itachi would never stop loving him.

Now Itachi had always been kind and gentle, even his father acknowledged this as he held a sword to kill them. He had saved his parents for last knowing it would be hard for him to do it and he cried as they accepted their death. It had shown in all of his actions up until that point but once he left the village Itachi had to push everything about his old life down. He became the cold and cruel person everyone believed him to be. This let him blend in with some of the Akatsuki members who were truly were cold-blooded killers. It helped him get along with his partner, Kisame, who killed his own teammates to keep them from getting captured. While Kisame truly believed they were similar they were still never all that close. They saw things differently but Itachi let the other believe what he wanted. It was better that way.

A lot of Itachi’s life has been stained with lies and deception - from spying, to lying, to even manipulation. This means that he got so good at it that not even those close to him could figure out who he truly was. Most people would get lost in their own web of deceit but not Itachi. He always knew what he wanted, always knew how to fool people but still managed to keep who he was in the end. This was reflected in his final actions when faced with the person he cared for the most. Even when confronted with Naruto who claimed that he would save Sasuke and be a better brother than he was. It was this that had Itachi trusting his brother’s well-being with Naruto. He also drained Sasuke enough during their battle in order to draw out Orochimaru and tried to protect his brother from Madara. Even Kabuto remarked on Itachi’s life of lies to Sasuke. Everything certainly made it confusing to tell who Itachi really was.

One thing for sure was that Itachi was intelligent. He learned techniques and excelled faster than other Uchiha children his age. Itachi even learned jutsu people hadn’t seen in generations, some he may have made up for his purposes. When he left Konoha Itachi encouraged his brother to seek revenge, plotted it out for years, even down to his brother’s actions after his death. This is also something he uses in battle due to his own physical limitations. Luckily for a lot of his opponents, Itachi puts everything in his arsenal into incapacitating people. Generally he attempts to finish these fights as quickly as he can and without pushing himself too far. His observations skills allow him to assess situations and determine if retreat if necessary. That is, if retreat is a possibility and not part of some bigger plan he has.

Now Itachi is the type to sacrifice himself. Not to the point where he’s suicidal and going out looking for fights to die in. But in the sense that if it’s for the good of something or someone he cares about, Itachi will lay down his life. Most shinobi feel this sort of emotion and loyalty. They will follow any order given to them and die if necessary. However no one expected Itachi to do what he’s done for his loyalties. He sacrificed his own good name and became the bad guy. Never once did he try to take it back or get back into Konoha’s good graces. Itachi died the first time letting everyone think he was a murderous traitor, even his own brother. And it was actually something he was willing to carry to his death. He also forced himself to stay alive so Sasuke could have his revenge and be a hero to the people of Konoha. When he was resurrected he gave no thought to living forever and instead decided to end the jutsu to save his village, thus terminating his own life. He even ignored his own brother in order to do this. And never once did Itachi use this act or any others to become a hero, just taking care of what was important to him from the shadows.

History:

Born as the eldest son to Fugaku and Mikoto of the Uchiha clan. Due to the horrors of the Third Shinobi World War when he was four years old he became a pacifist. By the time Sasuke was born Itachi was five years old and he was left to watch over his younger brother as the Nine-tailed demon attacked their village. It was then that he promised to protect Sasuke no matter what and it was something Itachi stood by years later. Even at this young age and being part of the battle-ready Uchiha clan he was considered a genius and well above the others of his generation. So when he was enrolled in the Academy and was at the top of his class his father was quite proud. Itachi graduated a year later at the age of seven and became a genin. He kept rising higher and higher as yet another year passed and he had mastered the Sharigan. Still he generally managed to make time for his younger brother and spent the next two years growing stronger until he became a Chunin after passing the test.

Half a year later he was enrolled into ANBU. During those following years his time with Sasuke grew shorter and Itachi always promised him "later". Unfortunately his younger brother had fallen into his shadow and was overlooked by their father who only wanted Itachi to establish a place in the ANBU ranks. It got so bad that Fugaku wasn't even going to attend Sasuke's entrance ceremony to the Academy as he was so caught up in one of Itachi's missions for him. Despite his recent hectic schedule Itachi swore to blow of the mission and go in his place if their father didn't attend. This strengthened the bond between Sasuke and their father. By the time Itachi was thirteen he'd gained the rank of captain in the ANBU.

It was around that time that the Uchiha clan began to really plan their takeover of Konoha that he began spying for the clan. However he knew that it would only result in bloodshed so he began spying on the clan instead, passing information to the Hokage and village elders. The elders were talking about massacre in order to keep the clan from uprising although the Hokage decided to reason with them instead. In secret, Danzo met with Itachi and said that he must choose between his clan or the life of his brother. If the village did turn on the clan there would be no guarantee that Sasuke's life would be safe. Itachi initially declined this ultimatum and continued his work. Yet he began to distance himself from the clan - stopped attending meetings and speaking out against the clan, especially after he had spoken with his closest friend. Shisui had too questioned the clan's plot to overthrow the village and had tried to stop them using the ultimate genjutsu Kotoamatsukami. The village elder stole Shisui's eye as he wanted to handle things his way and with one eye plucked out this is how Itachi happened upon his friend and learned the story. When the other eye was safely in Itachi's care the younger Uchiha killed his friend and obtained the Mangekyo. He then took put the body in the river and forged a suicide note.

That was the point that the clan really began to suspect Itachi of turning against them and a group confronted him about Shisui's supposed suicide. They lost faith in him and the Hokage's attempts to reason with the clan had no affect. So the council then ordered Itachi to kill the entire clan against the Hokage's wishes. This wasn't something he could accept so he went to Danzo to make a deal to spare Sasuke from this order and protect him. He also went before the Hokage and asked the same thing, also making sure to threaten Danzo that if anything happened to his brother he'd reveal all of Konoha's secrets to the enemies. Once this was granted Itachi went to seek out Tobi who claimed to be the vengeful Madara Uchiha who once lead the clan. They struck up a deal, for not attacking Konoha he would help get vengeance on the Uchiha clan for turning their back on him years earlier. Together they murdered the entire clan in a single night. Itachi saved his own parents for last and even as he held his sword to deal the final blow they stated that they were proud of him, that he was still so gentle hearted and to take care of Sasuke.

Unfortunately this was the scene his younger brother walked in on - the entire clan massacred, his brother standing bloody and over their dead parents' bodies. Instead of telling the truth Itachi lied. He lied saying that it was to test his abilities, that Sasuke wasn't worth killing and became the bad guy in his little brother's eyes. He encourage Sasuke to hate him, to surpass him and even told him the secret of the Mangekyo was to kill the person closest to him. When they next met they should have the same eyes. As he was fleeing Sasuke pursued him and managed to knock his forehead protector off. After collecting it he knocked his brother out and left the village. With so few knowing the truth of why he'd done it Itachi became a missing-nin and a goal for Sasuke.

During the next four years away from the village Itachi continued to follow Madara, joining the Akatsuki who's goal it was to obtain the nine biju. This was to keep an eye on both so that neither attacked Konoha. He also used this time to plan his death by Sasuke's hands. It was in these four years that Orochimaru tried to steal his body to gain the Sharigan and Itachi trapped him in a genjutsu and chopped off one of his hands. So he was given a better partner by the name of Kisame who tried to intimidate him at first but they grew closer and worked well together. When Orochimaru left the Akatsuki he helped recruit Deidara, beating him with only genjutsu and the blond swore he would avenge one day. As the years went by Itachi contracted a disease and took all sorts of medicine to keep himself alive so he could meet Sasuke on the battlefield.

Finally when Orochimaru killed the Third Hokage Itachi returned to Konoha village both on a mission to collect Naruto for the Akatsuki and to remind Danzo that he was still alive. There he ran into some trouble with several of the Shinobi, one of which was Sasuke's sensei, Kakashi. After learning that Naruto had left the village and finishing their battle with the shinobi of Konoha they too left. Sasuke had also heard the news that Itachi had been in the village and went after Naruto. When they caught up with Naruto, they were faced with Jiraiya, one of the legendary Sannin. Sasuke interrupted and tried to take on Itachi but was easily beaten and taunted. In the end they left empty-handed after going up against Jiraiya's abilities.

Another three years pass before Itachi makes an appearance but he was still with the Akatsuki and in no hurry to catch Naruto just yet. He's seen briefly with the other members extracting the biju from their hosts and not even his real body. Then again after word has spread that Sasuke has killed and absorbed Orochimaru he makes an appearance to Naruto but not to capture him. Instead Itachi places a special crow inside the boy after hearing that Naruto planned to save Sasuke. This was his way of laying plans as he was off to face his brother. With that done he went to wait for Sasuke to make an appearance as he was finally strong enough to face him. They battled and everything went according to plan. Orochimaru was lured out and Itachi impaled him on Susano'o's sword and almost had him sealed up forever inside its genjutsu when the disease suddenly made an appearance. At the end of the battle Itachi implanted some of his Amaterasu in Sasuke's eye so that the flames would activate and burn should his Sharigan ever gaze upon Tobi's. He died with a smile, thinking it would be the end and Sasuke would be saved.

However it wasn't the end. Not even close. Tobi collected both Sasuke and Itachi's bodies before any of the Konoha shinobi could and told Sasuke the truth of why Itachi had killed their clan. Or at least a version of it anyway to manipulate Sasuke into helping the Akatsuki. Itachi had wanted Sasuke to return to the village a hero, not turn on it which was why he'd lied to the very end. Eventually Sasuke fought and killed Danzo who had taken and implanted ten Sharigan's into his body, including the one he'd taken from Shisui. And Sasuke took Itachi's eyes just like he'd planned to obtain the Eternal Mangekyo Sharigan. Then there was war. The Fourth Shinobi World War led by Madara and backed by Kabuto - a subordinate of Orochimaru's. All but two of the biju had been collected (although they had a piece of one which was good enough to resurrect the jubi and cast a genjustu that would last an eternity over the whole world.

Due to Kabuto having absorbed a piece of Orochimaru he was able to perform a forbidden jutsu called the Edo Tensei that resurrected the dead and controlled them. Itachi was one of hundreds brought back to life though due to circumstances he didn't appear in the battle between the undead and the Five Great Shinobi Countries. He had been paired with another Akatsuki member by the name of Nagato who had been defeated and saved by Naruto earlier and he had to help Nagato walk. This was how they came upon Naruto and Killer Bee on their way to the battlefield. Both were forced to fight even though they didn't want to but when Itachi's Sharigan activated the crow protected Naruto and broke the hold Kabuto had over him. While it had not been what he'd hoped it would be used against Itachi took advantage of it and swore to put an end to the jutsu, returning all of the dead souls back where they belong.

On his way to fight Kabuto he was spotted by his brother who no longer wanted to kill him but talk and Itachi basically ignored him. He promised that when Kabuto was defeated then they would finally have that talk. Working together they fought the shinobi and trapped him by using the Izanami. By using it Itachi lost sight in his left eye and learned how to undo the jutsu which he did. As his soul was pulling away from his body he told the truth. About everything. About how he'd place his trust for Sasuke's future in Naruto's hands, about Shisui and everything he'd done to keep Sasuke safe. Itachi also admitted that maybe Sasuke could have changed their parents' mind about everything. With his final words he said it was alright if Sasuke never forgave him because he loved him anyway. And how nice, he died again only to be revived again by an evil torturous computer. No rest for the wicked.

Roleplay Sample - Log:

Blurry. Everything was blurry and a brilliant white. Was this peace? Surely not. There would be nothing good waiting for him in the afterlife after what he'd done, no matter his reasons and intentions for doing so. The cold pressed against his back and a ceiling coming into focus were enough to tell him that he was alive. Again. It couldn't have been Kabuto's doing - not after being trapped in the loop of events. Someone else then. Sitting up he noted the gown thrown haphazardly onto him and the medical tables everywhere. Someone who didn't particularly care about their patients then. A glance down confirmed that he was not resurrected by the Edo Tensei.

Something was off. Not just about waking up in this place after dying or even the unfamiliar weight around his neck. No, his vision was off. It wasn't the blur that it had become at the end of his life or even two good eyes. There was nothing in his peripheral vision to the left. Just an all encompassing blackness that he had already adjusted for right before the end of his second life. The one he'd sacrificed in order to perform Izanami. It hardly mattered now - in this third chance at something he'd given up twice. He had vision in his right eye until it too failed him. Plenty of time to learn about this place.

Itachi slipped down from the table, quickly locating his belongings in the drawer under it and dressed. No weapons but they weren't necessary at this point. He quickly read through the document written by Nara and left the room, tucking it into his cloak. It wasn't difficult to locate what was sure to be the Hokage's office and Itachi turned away from it and toward the elevators instead. That certainly wasn't a confrontation he wanted to go up against without getting a few answers first. Facing the Nara would be easier in his current condition or even a complete stranger - someone who had answers.

Of course it wasn't as if Itachi would just stop anyone. He was looking for someone who displayed certain behaviors. Those who weren't angry, confused or wandering about would be a waste of time so he kept his eye out for someone who strolled about with purpose, with confidence and without the need to gawk. When he located that person he stepped toward them. "Excuse me. There's a question I would like answered that wasn't in the document."

[Cue the video showing a young man with one dark eye and one completely white. He's without his Konoha headband but surely he'll be recognized. Both hands are tucked into the sleeves of his black robe sleeves and from the background it seems that Itachi is already in an apartment somewhere.]

Yet again back amongst the living. [Looks as if the afterlife isn't all that easy to get to.] This time I have a machine to thank. Escaping its grasp will not be as easy as it was with Kabuto.

[........]

I will offer my assistance wherever needed. While my skills do not lie with technology I learn quickly.

This game includes horrible mental and physical torture of your character. After reading the rules/faq for clarification, how do you expect your character to handle this and continue to function?

Itachi, despite being a pacifist and not wanting to kill anyone, is used to terrible things. The Facility tortures won't be anything all that new to him seeing as he took on the burden to kill his entire clan for the safety of his brother and gave up his (second) life to save Konoha. Pain of any sort is something he's used to and while he may not like seeing all this he's tough enough to handle it. Itachi has pushed himself beyond the limits both mentally and physically to save others and will not break but adapt.
