Personality:
Powers, Skills, and Abilities:
Kei is immortal, or at least as immortal as a vampire can be. He will never age, and never die if he's careful. Though that doesn't mean he can't die. If there's one way of sure defeat it's sunlight. Stick him out in the sun and he will burst into flames that will ensure his death, not even being shielded from the sun helps as a blanket covering will still result in him smoking. The only time he can go out during the day is when it's so cloudy that there is no sunlight. Also if he doesn't drink blood then he does become weak, if he goes long enough without feeding then he becomes so weak that it's almost impossible to move. Due to the fact that Kei doesn't feed often enough he's often left with an uncontrollable hunger. When there's blood that he just can't have Kei has to leave the room lest he attack someone he shouldn't. Kei also doesn't have the self-control to stop feeding once he starts due to the fact that his feedings are few and far between. I also suspect that beheading him would result in death as well.
However besides those very unfortunate side effects Kei is immortal. Not even being shot multiple times can kill him. Despite how much he smokes he will never get lung cancer. He has heightened senses such as hearing, smell, taste, vision and other improved attributes like speed, reflexes, strength and agility. Kei can also make someone else into a vampire but due to his personality he would never force this horrible life on someone else.
He's also good with a gun. Due to the crime rate in Mallepa some have to fight to survive and so he taught his ward/friend Sho how to fight with guns. Together they're like a well-oiled machine up against a dozen guys also armed with guns.
